- 4 pork chops
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 c. peas
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. hot water or juice from peas
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Trim fat from chops and dip in flour; brown in hot fat.

2In large casserole dish, place potatoes, carrots, peas, celery and chopped onion.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper; add hot water, top with browned chops and sprinkle with parsley.

4Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
