- 1 lb. shrimp (tails off, no shells), deveined and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1/2 c. chopped clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 pt. stewed tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In skillet, melt butter and mix in onions, peppers, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.

2Let simmer 5 minutes and add rest of ingredients and bring to boil, about 5 minutes.

3Add shrimp and simmer 10 minutes longer.

4Serve plain or on rice.
