Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shrimp, deveined
  • 2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • dash of red pepper and Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 strips bacon

Directions

    Fry bacon.

    Saute onions in the bacon grease.

    Mix in all ingredients, except the shrimp.

    Leave bacon in mixture.

    Do not add water.

    Simmer mixture for 45 minutes, then add shrimp.

    Finish cooking for 15 minutes.

    Serve over hot rice.
