- 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
- 1 lb. small shrimp
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook green peppers and celery in margarine until soft (about 5 minutes). Add tomato sauce, water, salt, onion and shrimp.

2Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
