  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen Shrimp - peeled & drained
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 can tomatoes sauce (8 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • Hot rice

Directions

    Cook onion and pepper in hot oil till tender.

    Stir in flour. Add rest of ingredients except shrimp and rice.

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
