- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 can tomatoes sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- Hot rice
Directions

1Cook onion and pepper in hot oil till tender.

2Stir in flour. Add rest of ingredients except shrimp and rice.

3Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
