- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. coarsely chopped onions
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 small clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 small bay leaf
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 c. cooked, cleaned shrimp
Directions

1Melt Parkay (butter) in frypan.

2Add onions, celery and garlic. Cook slowly until tender but not brown.

3Add flour and seasonings; stir until blended.

4Stir in green pepper and tomatoes.

5Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

6Add shrimp and heat thoroughly.

7Makes 6 servings.
