- 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Tony's Creole seasonings
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.

2Add soups and cream cheese with enough water to mix.

3Add seasoning.

4Simmer for 30 minutes.

5Add shrimp and cook for 15 minutes.

6Serve over a bed of rice.
