- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 small minced garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 can tomato rice soup
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 2 c. cooked shrimp
Directions

1Cook green pepper, onion, garlic clove and shortening in skillet 5 minutes.

2Stir in soup, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and shrimp.

3Heat and serve over rice.
