- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. shrimp, cooked
Directions

1Saute vegetables in oil.

2Add tomato paste, water and seasonings.

3Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add shrimp and heat through.

5Serve on hot rice.
