- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- dash of cayenne
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1/2 can water
- enough flour to thicken
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Blend in rest of ingredients except shrimp.

3Cook slowly, stirring occasionally.

4Devein shrimp; add to sauce.

5Cook 30 minutes.
