- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 c. water
- 1 bay leaf
- pinch of thyme
- black pepper to taste
- 1 lb. uncooked shrimp
- 2 c. rice (instant)
- 1 small can crab meat
Directions

1Saute vegetables in small amount of oil until soft.

2Add can of stewed tomatoes, bouillon, water, 1 bay leaf, rice and shrimp. Cook briskly for 20 minutes, then add crab meat and black pepper to taste.

3Serves 4.
