- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
- 3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (Italian)
- 1 tsp. salt
- Tabasco
Directions

1Put flour on vegetables.

2Saute vegetables in butter and cook until tender.

3Add shrimp; cook until done.

4Add stewed tomatoes and season to taste.

5Simmer 20 minutes.

6Serve on rice.
