- 3 lb. shrimp
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. celery
- 5 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 large green pepper, cut fine
- 2 large onions, cut fine
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. or can water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt
- red pepper
- black pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- 8 green onions (tops and bottoms)
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions

1Melt shortening and add flour.

2Let brown until very dark but not burned color.

3Set aside and add tomato sauce and water, then add all the cut up vegetables, tomatoes and spices.

4Let simmer about 45 minutes or until all the vegetables are done, then bring to a boil and add shrimp.

5Cook for about 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
