- 12 cup onion
- 12 cup celery
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 12 ounces raw shrimp (Cleaned)
- 12 cup green pepper
- 4 cups cooked rice
Directions

1Saute chopped onion, celery and garlic in oil until cooked (not brown).

2Add everything else but the Shrimp and chopped green pepper and cooked rice.

3Simmer for 45 minutes.

4Mix corn starch with 2 teaspoons of water and stir into the sauce.

5Cook and stir until thickened.

6Add Shrimp and chopped green pepper.

7Simmer 5 minutes.

8Serve over rice.
