- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- parsley flakes
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and diced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- flour or cornstarch to thicken
- pepper
- 6 oz. chili sauce
- bay leaf
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- seasoned salt
Directions

1Melt margarine; saute onion and green pepper for a few minutes.

2Stir in flour and cook a minute or so.

3Add tomatoes and liquid, sugar, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and chili sauce; simmer until thickened and seasonings are blended, approximately 15 minutes.

4Remove bay leaf before serving.
