Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 12 oz. raw, peeled shrimp

Directions

    In microwave oven, simmer butter, onion and celery until soft in a 2-quart glass casserole dish.

    Add all other ingredients. Cook on simmer until shrimp are pink, approximately 15 minutes. Some microwaves vary.
