- 2/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. granulated chicken bouillon
- 4 c. plain yogurt
- 4 c. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1Heat butter or margarine in skillet; saute onion and garlic until soft and lightly browned.

2Combine salt, curry powder, flour and chicken bouillon; stir into fat in pan and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Stir in yogurt and shrimp; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly and heated through.
