- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- few drops onion juice
- 1 1/8 c. milk
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. broken, cleaned and cooked shrimp
- flaky rice
Directions

1Melt the butter; add the flour, salt, pepper and onion juice. When bubbling, gradually stir in the milk.

2Cook and stir until boiling.

3Then add the curry powder dissolved in a little extra milk.

4Add the shrimp and let stand about 10 minutes to become very hot.

5Serve poured over mounds of flaky rice.
