Ingredients

  • 23 cup butter
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups light sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 dash chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups shrimp, cooked & de-veined, split lengthwise in half

Directions

    Melt butter in skillet- add onion, green pepper & garlic.

    Cook until tender but not brown.

    Stir in sour cream, lemon juice & all other seasonings.

    Add Shrimp, cook over low heat, stirring until thoroughly heated.

    (Note: Don't let it boil or it will be very thin.)

    Feeds 4-5 people.

    Serve over Saffron Yellow Rice {(2) 5oz bags}.
