- 1 to 3 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. chicken broth (Campbell's)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 6 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1In 4-quart saucepan, heat 3 inches of water to boiling.

2Add shrimp; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce to low heat and cook 1 minute or until shrimp turns pink.
