- 2 lbs. cooked, cleaned shrimp
- 4-5 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon, dry
- 1/4 tsp. minced parsley, dry
- 1/4 teaspon shallot, minced
- 1/4 tsp.onion, minced
- Dash EACH of nutmeg, mace, and thyme
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup dry sherry wine
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Butter a 10 x 7 baking dish

3Put cooked shrimp into baking dish OR divide into 8 buttered ramekins, and spread to cover the bottom.

4In a saute pan, cook the garlic in melted butter, being careful NOT to burn the garlic. Add herbs, seasonings, and sherry wine to butter mixture.

5Remove 1/4 cup butter mixture and toss with the bread crumbs. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the shrimp evenly. Sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs over the shrimp. Bake for 15 minutes.
