  • 1 c. cooked shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill seed
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Over low heat, melt butter; add and heat shrimp and mushrooms. Mix together the sour cream, salt, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and dill seed.

    Pour over shrimp and mushrooms.

    Cook, stirring, until just heated and add lemon juice.

    Serve over rice.
