- 6 lb. fresh shrimp
- 3 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 4 oz. chives (frozen are best)
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- black pepper to taste
- lemon juice
Directions

1Peel, devein and boil shrimp. Rinse.

2Sprinkle with lemon juice and pat dry. Chop shrimp into small pieces and add to mayonnaise and seasonings.

3Add a small amount of lemon juice. Dip is better after a day or two. Serve with crackers. Serves 50.
