  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (light, fat-free or regular)
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. milk (to thin)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 tsp. onion juice, scraped from fresh onion
  • 1 (7 oz.) can deveined shrimp
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients with portable mixer until well blended and smooth.

    Rinse and drain canned shrimp; add to cream cheese mixture, chopping fine.

    Mix well.

    Add sour cream and mix.

    Dip is better if made a few hours before serving so flavors can mix.
