  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and chopped
  • 1 jar Ro-Tel picante sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 to 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Directions

    Melt cream cheese with tomato soup.

    Add gelatin; dissolve. Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Pour into a bowl or mold that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Chill until firm, approximately 2 hours.

    Serve with Waverly crackers.
