  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Washed And Chopped
  • 2 cups Fresh Sugar Snap Peas, Trimmed And Halved
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Shaved, Crumbed Parmesan Cheese - Or Grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoons Mustard Powder

Directions

    For the salad, toss lettuce with peas in a large bowl. Top with croutons.

    Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well to combine. Pour over top of salad. Toss and serve!
