  • 1 can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped fine celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped fine bell peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped fine onions
  • 1/2 pkg. Knox gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 lb. boiled, chopped shrimp

Directions

    Heat tomato soup; add cream cheese.

    It won't melt smooth, so mix with Mixmaster until smooth.

    Add celery, peppers and onions; heat a few minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add gelatine.

    Add mayonnaise and shrimp.

    Chill.

    If it sits a while, the flavor goes through better.
