  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Celery Finely Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1/4 cups Parsley
  • Cayenne Pepper To Taste

    Zest and juice the lemon, reserving 1 tablespoon lemon zest and 2 tablespoons juice.

    Melt the butter in a large skillet.
