- 1 stick margarine
- 2 large onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 to 2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
Directions

1Saute onions and margarine until onions are clear.

2Add soup and Ro-Tel and simmer for 30 minutes.

3Add mushrooms, bell pepper and shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink and curls.

4Serves 4 to 6.

5Serve over rice.
