  • 1 1/2 blocks oleo
  • 2 or 3 medium onions
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 ribs celery
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • dash of Worcestershire
  • parsley
  • 2 buttons garlic
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3 lb. peeled shrimp or medium crawfish

Directions

    Saute oleo, onions, bell pepper, celery and Ro-Tel for about 4 hours covered.

    Add juice of lemon, Worcestershire and 2 buttons of garlic.

    Then add mushroom soup and shrimp.
