- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 slices cheese
- cajun seasoning
- black pepper
Directions

1Saute peppers and onions in butter.

2Add seasonings, tomatoes, soup and cheese, stirring often and cook over medium heat.

3Add cleaned, raw shrimp.

4Cook until shrimp are pink, about 7 minutes. Serve over rice.
