- 4 c. rice, cooked
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. scallions
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Crisco oil
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- black pepper (couple of sprinkles)
Directions

1Put oil in heavy skillet.

2Fry shrimp for 1 minute.

3Add eggs (beaten), mushrooms, salt and pepper.
