  • shrimp (amount desired)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 medium green peppers
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • soy sauce

Directions

    Cook rice; refrigerate.

    Boil shrimp in salt water for 10 minutes.

    Saute vegetables in margarine until tender.

    Add shrimp and rice.
