- 1/2 stick butter
- chopped onion
- 3 c. salad shrimp
- 3 c. cooked white rice
- 1 egg (already beaten)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2(Make sure skillet is already hot.) Add shrimp to brown, then the onion.

3Saute about 5 minutes.

4Add egg and cooked rice.

6Add seasonings to taste.
