- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 c. cooked rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 c. chopped, cooked shrimp (may use canned)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Heat in skillet or wok.

2Add shrimp (chicken, ham or beef may be used).

3Season with salt, peppers and garlic powder; stir and brown.

4Add egg and cook until it shreds.

5Add rice and cook until brown.

6Add soy sauce and sprinkle onions on top.

7Serve immediately.
