  • 2 c. shrimp, halved
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 5 c. cooked rice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. diced green peppers
  • 1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c. fancy bean sprouts, drained
