- 2 c. shrimp, halved
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. diced green peppers
- 1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. fancy bean sprouts, drained
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet; add shrimp and seasonings, cooking until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
