- 6 slices crisp bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 can green peas
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 tsp. Accent
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp and remove from grease.

2Add onion, bell pepper and water chestnuts into drippings (bacon) and saute for 5 minutes.

3Add shrimp and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.

4Add cooked rice, crushed up bacon and soy sauce.

5Mix well.

6Season to taste.

7Stir and let simmer for 10 minutes.

8May substitute ham or chicken for shrimp.
