  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 10 oz. small shrimp
  • 3 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
