- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. medium or large shrimp, cleaned
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut into 2-inch strips
- 1 c. sweet and sour sauce
- 1 onion, sliced thin
Directions

1Melt butter in baking pan.

2Soften onion in pan in broiler for about 5 minutes.

3Do not brown.

4Place shrimp in single layer over onions.

5Put one piece of bacon on each shrimp.

6Put one teaspoon sweet and sour sauce on each shrimp and bacon.

7Broil until bacon is crisp and shrimp is pink, only about 10 minutes.

8Great appetizer or main course.
