  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 2 c. fresh or canned tomatoes
  • 4 c. chicken stock
  • 2 c. shrimp
  • 2 c. chopped okra
  • 1 c. cooked rice
