- 3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. mace
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 3/4 c. slivered, blanched almonds
Directions

1Cook shrimp in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Place in a 2 quart casserole.
