  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 14 cup white wine
  • 14 cup heavy cream
  • 2 -5 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

    Place olive oil in skillet on medium heat, add shrimp and sautee for 4 minutes.

    Add salt, garlic, oregano, pepper, nutmeg, and white wine.

    Bring to a boil for a minute, remove from heat.

    Remove shrimp from mixture.

    Add cream and parmesan, bring back to a boil.

    Cook for five minutes, or until thickened.

    Serve over pasta.
