- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 cup white wine
- 14 cup heavy cream
- 2 -5 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Directions

1Place olive oil in skillet on medium heat, add shrimp and sautee for 4 minutes.

2Add salt, garlic, oregano, pepper, nutmeg, and white wine.

3Bring to a boil for a minute, remove from heat.

4Remove shrimp from mixture.

5Add cream and parmesan, bring back to a boil.

6Cook for five minutes, or until thickened.

7Serve over pasta.
