- 14 lb butter
- 3 lbs shrimp
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup white wine
- 12 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place butter in skillet, melt over medium heat.

2Add shrimp and saute for about 4 minutes.

3Add salt, garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper, nutmeg, and white wine.

4Bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes; remove from heat.

5Strain contents and remove shrimp.

6Put liquid in skillet; add cream and Parmesan.

8Add shrimp, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
