- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of pepper
- pinch of garlic
- pinch of parsley
- shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1Marinate shrimp in olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, pepper and garlic for 2 hours.

2Place shrimp on skewers.

3Place on hot grill a couple of minutes on each side.

4Serve on bed of rice pilaf with vinaigrette salad on the side.
