  • 18 shrimp large raw, shelled
  • 1/2 kaffir lime if the zest of half a lime
  • olive oil A drizzle of
  • turmeric
  • pepper
  • 3 sprigs cilantro finely chiseled
  • A package of kadaifs (angel hair)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter

Directions

    Prepare the marinade with the lime zest, turmeric, Espelette pepper, coriander, and oil.

    Add the prawns and mix well. Cover and chill for at least one hour.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Drain the prawns. Take a small amount of kadaif and wrap around a shrimp. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat the process for each shrimp.

    Brush each the shrimp with melted butter kadaif.

    Bake for ten minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking, the kadaifs should be brown.

    Serve immediately.
