Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 small cans shrimp (or 1 pkg. frozen shrimp)
- 1 can crabmeat may be added
Directions

1Have cheese at room temperature.

2Heat soup to boiling and add cream cheese, stirring constantly until dissolved.

3Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.

4Add to soup and cream cheese mixture.

5Add juice of 1 lemon if desired.

6Allow to cool.

7Add mayonnaise.

8Stir well.

9Add shrimp, onions and celery.

10Pour into oiled mold or loaf pan.

11Refrigerate.
