- 2 oz. olive oil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 6 buds garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 oz. cooking sherry or wine
Directions

1Heat olive oil in pan.
