- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 pkg. (envelope) Knox gelatine
- 1 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 to 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. shrimp, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise (no more)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Heat mushroom soup and cream cheese in microwave until soupy (slightly).

2Mix gelatine with hot water and blend with soup mixture.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Spray mold with Pam.

5Pour mixture in mold and refrigerate until fairly firm.
