- 8 oz. baby shrimp
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine (unflavored)
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 to 3 chopped green onions
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Thaw shrimp.

2Melt together cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese.

3Dissolve Knox unflavored gelatine in cold water.

4Add to cream cheese mixture.

5Add celery, green onions, mayonnaise and shrimp.

6Mix well.

7Put into mold or bowl.

8Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
