Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. Knox gelatine, softened in 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 cans small shrimp, drained and rinsed

Directions

    Combine ingredients in order of listing.

    Fold together and spoon into an oiled 3 1/2 cup mold. Refrigerate until set.

    Serve with Club crackers.
